How to Get Involved with the Retail Forum

reapIf you are a relevant stakeholder, and wish to participate in the Retail Forum's activities, getting involved is easy. All you need to do is, upon approval, register in Circabc, a web-based application used by the European Commission which enables Retail Forum participants to maintain a private online space where they can share information, documents, participate in discussion forums and various other functionalities.

The Three Steps to Registering with the Retail Forum:

1. Complete the Retail Forum Online Questionnaire

To register for the Retail Forum you need to complete this online questionnaire. Completing this questionnaire is a prerequisite for being admitted to the CIRCABC Retail Forum interest group and is designed to ensure a productive and relevant input from all stakeholders.

2. Register on CIRCABC

The next step is to create an account on CIRCABC, a web-based application which enables Retail Forum participants to maintain a private online space where they can share information, discuss issues and arrange meetings.

In order to create an account on CIRCABC, click on "Login" on the left-hand side of the screen

Now, you are taken to the login page reserved for domain "External". You follow the

link "Sign Up" and fill in the requested details. At the end you click on "Sign up"

Then you will be able to see a confirmation message. That means that your account is being set up and an email sent to the address you mentioned.

Follow the link provided in the email to set your new password. Once the password is set, you will be redirected to CIRCABC page.

In order to find the Retail Forum CIRCABC interest group, please click on "Browse categories" and then go to "European Commission" header and then click on "Environment" section.

3. Registering for the Retail Forum Interest Group

The final step is to request access to the Retail Forum Interest Group. From CIRCABC's homepage, click on the Retail Forum Interest Group.

A short description of the functions of the Retail Forum Interest Group will appear.

Please click on "Join this Group" and complete the fields indicated.

Your application will be then forwarded to the Interest Group leader for consideration.  

Please allow for a couple of days for your request to be processed.
