Updated deadlines for the Forest Focus Programme and BioSoil

2005 Forest focus programme

For the 2005 Forest focus programme phase, the execution period (during which all costs must occur to be deemed eligible) ends on 24 June 2008.

After that you have 3 months to send the request for final payment, until 24 September 2008, which includes:

the financial forms;
the final technical report
the studies' reports (including Biosoil phase 2005*).

* Biosoil phase 2005 includes Soil module level I. This report should contain the work carried out during this phase although the works are still not finished.

2006 Forest focus programme

For the 2006 Forest focus programme phase, the execution period ends on 27 September 2008.

After that you have 3 months to send the request for final payment, until 27 December 2008, which includes:

the financial forms;
the final technical report
the studies' reports (including Biosoil phase 2006**).

**Biosoil phase 2006 includes Soil module level I, level II and Biodiversity module. The report should contain the soil part on one hand and the biodiversity part on the other one.

Biosoil-deadlines

For samples and data submission of the Biosoil project the following deadlines have to be respected:

for sending soil samples: 31 March 2008,
for biodiversity data submission: 15 June 2008
for Soil data submission 31 December 2008.
