IMPORTANT NOTICE: 11 September 2008

Payment requests for Forest Focus 2006: extension of deadline for submission of technical reports

We would like to remind you that all the soil & biodiversity data (plus the soil samples) collected in the framework of the BioSoil study must have been submitted before we can proceed with payments. Since the deadline for submitting the soil data is 31 December 2008, we propose to extend the deadline for submitting the technical reports and payment requests to this same date as well so you can complete all your Forest Focus reporting obligations within the same timeframe.

We also remind you that (as mandatory parts of the final payment request) the Final Technical Report 2006 and Progress Report 2006 should both be drafted in compliance with the same template as the 2005 reports. You can find it here.
