Sustainable Food Summit: Building Sustainable Menus

The Sustainable Food Summit will take place on 6th May 2015 in Bristol, UK. The aim of the summit is to examine local supply chains and create local, strong, ethical and sustainable food links.

Attendees will have the opportunity to attend a number of talks from the following experts including:

• Douglas McMaster, Silo Brighton
• Barny Haughton, Square Food Foundation
• Alice Holden, Growing Communities
• Josh Eggleton, Eat Drink Bristol Fashion/Field to Fork Foundation
• Amy Robinson, Low Carbon Southwest

The second Sustainable Food Summit is organised by Eat Drink Bristol Fashion and Field to Fork Foundation. This year’s summit is expected to attract over 150 delegates from both the public and private sectors, including local representatives from government, schools, traders, restaurants, producers and suppliers, catering companies, schools, hospitals and prisons.
