2nd Forum of Interregional Mobility
20th – 21st February 2014, Rochelle, France
The 2nd Forum of Interregional Mobility will take place on 20th – 21st February 2014 in La Rochelle, France. This year’s forum will focus on local and regional carbon footprint reduction and will provide participants with an understanding of current and future trends in interregional mobility.
During the forum the following themes will be addressed:
- Demand for passengers and goods moving in, out or internally within the European Atlantic Area;
- Developing mobility strategies in local and regional authorities; and
- Possible future mobility solutions based on the outcomes of previous EU projects.
The event is free of charge and open to all stakeholders including regional and city officers, elected representatives, and representatives from the transport, energy, environment and tourism sectors.
La Rochelle Mobility Forum is one of a number of high quality fora being held as part of the CLIMATLANTIC project. The overall aim of the project is to encourage the development of strategies at local and regional levels that reduce the carbon footprint in the European Atlantic Area.
