European Electric Vehicle Congress

The European Electric Vehicle Congress will take place on 2nd – 5th December 2014 at the Diamant Centre in Brussels, Belgium. The European Congress aims to provide a global platform for e-mobility where industry, R&D, policy decision makers, end-users and NGOs can meet.

A range of high quality speakers recognised for their expertise and vision in e-mobility from across Europe which will be in attendance. Participants will have the opportunity to attend numerous round table discussions and parallel sessions on the following topics:

• Best practices & end-user needs – Barriers & market requirements
• Recycling and safety aspects of the batteries
• Smart Grid & infrastructure
• India meets Europe, lessons to learn and cross business opportunities
• Mobility & design of new products/solutions

Other issues including policy aspects, new mobility concepts, noise and health factors will also be discussed. The European Project Day will take place on 2nd December 2014. This event aims to provide a complete overview of the different programs supported by the European Authorities (FP7, Horizon 2020, IEE, EUROSTARS, INTEREG) & related funded projects dealing with eMobility.
