20th March 2013, Montreal, Canada
‘Going Green’ will take place on Wednesday 20th March in the Palais Des Congres, Montreal. The conference will promote a positive image of the EU with a particular emphasis on efficient workable green technologies and the potential positive impact this brings to the economy. It is a one-day seminar that focuses on the green low-carbon economy. The event provides a great opportunity to relay to a general as well as a specialist audience in Canada how the EU’s green policies are linked to opportunities for economic growth, how they are being implemented at various levels and how they affect communities.
Going Green aims to highlight the greening of the economy as an opportunity at the same time increasing environmental cooperation between the EU and Canada. The conference represents an opportunity for representatives and citizens of Europe who are pioneering in this filed to inspire the debate, where successes, best practices and lessons learned from both EU and Canadian experiences will be discussed.
The event is taking place in the margins of AMERICANA, the international environmental technology trade show in Montréal. For more information visit www.americana.org.
