Communication & logo
The Eco-innovation initiative has its own visual identity designed to raise its profile and give it a strong and identifiable image. Used correctly, it will boost the initiative's profile and cement its presence in the EU. It is therefore vital that everyone involved in the initiative abides by these rules to make the Eco-innovation initiative more widely known.
The logo
The visual identity has been designed primarily for use by those managing and promoting the programme. The Eco-innovation logo should be used by the project beneficiaries on all their marketing and communication support products and activities. The rules governing its use are set out in the guidelines. Download Guidelines

Guidelines for communication tools
DG Environment has produced a series of guides that can be used by project managers to help them carry out their communication activities. These tools have been designed for LIFE+ but can be used for eco-innovation projects. The guidelines for a layman report, press release, communication event and event organisation may be particularly useful.
