Eco-innovation projects 2009 call for proposals

The Call 2009 is now closed. The launch of the next Call for proposals is foreseen for 13 April 2010, together with a European information day in Brussels (see events page).

Who can apply?

This Call is open to all legal persons that are based in eligible countries but the priority will be given to Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). Clusters of applicants and projects which demonstrate a European added value and have a high potential for market replication are strongly encouraged.

Attention: Check if this programme is suitable for you. It may not be if:

  • You have a great idea focusing on the public sector: Go to LIFE website
  • Your project focuses on energy efficiency or renewable energy: Go to IEE website
  • Your project is at an early research or development stage, or has a high technology risk: Go to RTD FP7 website
  • Your project focuses on land-use, planning and water management: Go to LIFE+ website or to DG RTD FP7 website
