Objective of the consultation |

The discussions on the recast of the recast of the WEEE Directive have shown a need to look into potential policy options as regards photovoltaic panels. The Commission has contracted a study to analyse policy options in this respect. The objective of the consultation is to gather views on the options analysed, to gain additional information, and to give an opportunity to submit further policy options as appropriate. |

How to submit your contribution |

We welcome contributions from citizens, organisations and public authorities.
Submissions are expected for eight weeks, so that the consultation will effectively close on
17 June 2011. It is recommended that stakeholders follow the structure for contributions described in the annex. Received contributions will be published on the Internet. It is important to read the specific privacy statement attached to this consultation for information on how your personal data and contribution will be dealt with. |
