Substances, for which all participants have withdrawn or for which no dossier has been submitted within the time period specified in Article 9(2) to Commission Regulation (EC) No 1451/2007
In accordance with Article 11(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1451/2007, the Commission shall give public notice where all participants for a given active substance / product type combination withdraw from the review program or where no dossier has been received within the time period specified in Article 9(2) to that Regulation. Within three months of this publication, producers, formulators, associations or other persons wishing to take over the role of participants for the active substance / product type combination concerned shall inform the Commission accordingly. The lists of substances, which have been withdrawn or for which no dossier was submitted, and the related product types are available hereafter.

(EC) No 2032/2003, the Commission shall give public notice
where all participants for a given active substance / product
type combination withdraw from the review program or where
no dossier has been received within the time period specified
in Annexes V and VIII to that Regulation. Within three months
of this publication, producers, formulators, associations
or other persons wishing to take over the role of participants
for the active substance / product type combination concerned
shall inform the Commission accordingly. The lists of substances,
which have been withdrawn or for which no dossier was submitted,
and the related product types are available hereafter.

Corrigendum to the notice of 13 January 2009: Cyclohexylhydroxydiazene 1-oxide, potassium salt (CAS 66603-10-9) for use in PT 12 shall be removed from the notice of 13 January 2009, as a dossier has been submitted for this active substance/product-type combination. It is currently undergoing the completeness check.

Corrigendum to the notice of 13 January 2009: silver chloride (CAS 7783-90-6) for use in PT 1, 2, 6, 7, 9, 10 and 11 and permethrin (CAS 52645-53-1) for use in PT9 shall be removed from the notice of 13 January 2009, as dossiers have been submitted for these active substance/product-type combinations and are currently under evaluation.

Notice of 13 January 2009 on active substances notified in product types 7, 9 to 12, 15, 17, 20, 22 and 23, for which no dossiers were submitted by the deadline of 31 October 2008 and other active substance / product type combinations, for which all participants have withdrawn or dossiers have been rejected recently.

Corrigendum to the notice of 8 November 2007: Amines,
n-C10-16-alkyltrimethylenedi-, reaction products with
chloroacetic acid (CAS 139734-65-9) for use in PT 2,
3 and 4, Sodium bromide (EC 231-599-9) for use in PT
2 and PQ Polymer (CAS 25988-97-0) for use in PT 11 and
12 shall be removed from the notice of 8 November 2007.
Dossiers have been submitted for amines, n-C10-16-alkyltrimethylenedi-,
reaction products with chloroacetic acid for use in
PT 2, 3 and 4 as well as for sodium bromide for use
in PT 2; they are currently undergoing the completeness
check; and the participant for PQ Polymer has not withdrawn
its participation.
