The Notes for Guidance available on this page have been endorsed by the Competent Authorities for Biocidal Products for release for consultation of stakeholders.

All comments should be sent to ENV-BIOCIDES@ec.europa.eu within the deadline indicated in the coverpage of the relevant Notes for Guidance.

At the end of consultation periods, the Notes for Guidance would, if appropriate, be revised on the basis of the comments received.

Meanwhile, Member States competent authorities and stakeholders could already apply the principles laid down in the Notes for Guidance.
