The models falling under this category combine information on expected trends in anthropogenic activities conducive to air pollution and information on atmospheric dispersion of emissions with data on available options to achieve emissions-reductions and with the costs of such options.
Purpose:
To support the integrated assessment of cost-effective pollution control strategies meeting air pollution and/or climate change targets, in order to maximize benefits at all scales.
