First session

• Welcome speech by Mrs Pia Bucella Director of Communication, Legal Affairs and Civil Protection Directorate, DG Environment, European Commission;
• Summary of the major findings of the Milieu studies held by Miss Esther Pozo Vera, Senior Legal and Policy Adviser Milieu Ltd.;
• Presentation by Miss Carol Hatton a representative of the WWF and participant in the working group on which WWF sits and that is chaired by Hon Mr Justice Sullivan that has prepared the report, Ensuring Access to Justice in England and Wales;

• Professor Luc Lavrysen judge of the Belgian Constitutional Court holding a presentation on "How national courts and judges can contribute to the further implementation of the Aarhus Convention

Second session

• Presentation held by Miss Jette B. Sørensen the official representative of Denmark;
• Presentation held by Mr Peter Hart the official representative of Germany;
• Presentation held by Mr. Pavel Černý, official representative of the Justice and Environment non-governmental organisation;
• Presentation held by Miss Tina Divjak, the official representative of Slovenia;

• Presentation held by Mr. Josef Souchop the official representative of the Czech Republic

Third session

• Presentation held by Dr. Werner Heermann, judge, vice-president of the Association of European Administrative Judges;
• Presentation on what are the expectations from an NGO point of view towards the national administrations, legal systems, held by Mr. John Hontelez, Secretary General European Environmental Bureau (EEB);

• Presentation held by the EP representative, Miss Rebecca Harms, rapporteur for the "Proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on access to justice in environmental matters"

Fourth session

• Presentation held by Mr Stephen Hockman QC, representative of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe - Representing Europe’s Lawyers;
• Presentation held by Miss Nicole Cochet representative of France, on the role of the future French Presidency;

• Closing speech delivered by Mrs Pia Bucella Director of Communication, Legal Affairs and Civil Protection Directorate, DG Environment, European Commission
