Comments by Member States on the study concerning an inventory of EU Member States' measures on access to justice in environmental matters
The Commission invited comments from the 25 Member States covered by the study on possible inaccuracies in the reports, as well as any relevant developments – either recent ones or any to be expected in the near future – within those countries concerning access to justice in environmental matters.
Those Member States have also been invited to make any comments they would deem appropriate in the light of the study.
The Commission proposed to the Member States to post their comments on the Commission's Aarhus Convention website, as supplement and complement to the study itself.
