| Point de notification et d'information OTC |
Conformément à l'article 10.10 de l'accord, les Membres sont tenus de désigner une autorité du gouvernement central unique, responsable de la mise en oeuvre, à l'échelon national, des dispositions relatives aux procédures de notification. En outre, au sens des articles 10.1 et 10.3 de l'accord, les Membres feront en sorte qu'il existe des points d'information qui puissent répondre aux demandes de renseignement formulées par les autres Membres et fournir les documents dont ils ont besoin.
Il a été décidé, lors du deuxième examen triennal, de tenir régulièrement, à raison d'une fois tous les deux ans, des réunions entre les personnes chargées de l'échange de renseignements, y compris les responsables des points d'information et des notifications.
