| TBT-Notifizierungs- und Auskunftsstellen |
Gemäß Artikel 10.10 des Übereinkommens müssen die Mitglieder eine einzige Behörde der Zentralregierung benennen, die auf innerstaatlicher Ebene für die Durchführung der Bestimmungen über die Notifizierungsverfahren verantwortlich ist. Außerdem haben die Mitglieder nach Maßgabe der Artikel 10.1 und 10.3 des Übereinkommens sicherzustellen, dass es Auskunftsstellen gibt, die in der Lage sind, die Anfragen der anderen Mitglieder zu beantworten und die entsprechenden Dokumente zur Verfügung zu stellen .
Bei der zweiten dreijährlichen Überprüfung wurde beschlossen, regelmäßig, das heißt alle zwei Jahre Sitzungen der Personen, die für die Erteilung von Auskünften zuständig sind, sowie der Verantwortlichen der Auskunfts- und Notifizierungsstellen abzuhalten.
