The objective of Directive 2004/108/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 15 December 2004, on the approximation of the Laws of Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is to ensure compatibility between equipment and / or installations.

Here you could also find documents and recommendations from Administrative Co-operation Working Group (EMC ADCO).

European harmonised standards for EMC are developed by the European Standardisation Organisations (ESOs) following a mandate issued by the European Commission
