When do I have to pay a fee for appealing against a decision of the Agency?
A fee is payable if you want to appeal against any of the Agency's decisions listed in Article 91(1) of the REACH Regulation. The fee will be refunded to you if your appeal before the Board of Appeals of the Agency is successful, or if the Executive Director rectifies the decision in your favour.
