Fertilisers - repealed Directives

From 11 December 2003, the date of entry into force of Regulation 2003/2003, all the fertilizer directives mentioned below are repealed, with the exception of certain provisions on the scope of Articles 8 and 26(3) of Regulation 2003/2003, which will be repealed on 11 June 2005.

· Commission Directive 87/94/EEC of 8 December 1986 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to procedures for the control of characteristics of, limits for and resistance to detonation of straight ammonium nitrate fertilizers of high nitrogen content
