Sustainable and responsible business

Past fora

Building on ongoing analysis of the core eco-industries in the SIP/SCP framework and in the context of new initiatives on industrial policy, innovation, resource efficiency and environmental technologies, DG Enterprise & Industry organised a first meeting of a new Sustainable Industry Forum on 15 October 2010. This Forum successfully brought together more than 50 representatives from industry, academia and civil society to examine how Europe can best exploit the potential of its environmental goods and services industries and help all manufacturing to become more resource efficient and competitive.
