GMES atmospheric service
The Global Monitoring for Environment and Security (GMES) atmospheric service, introduced under the new Monitoring Atmospheric Composition and Climate (MACC) 
[963 KB] Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) research project, builds on the foundations established through existing Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) and European Space Agency (ESA) initiatives, in particular the projects Global and regional Earth-system Monitoring using Satellite and in-situ data (GEMS) and PROMOTE.
