Models to reduce the disproportionate regulatory burden on SMEs - Report of the Expert Group
The Commission and Member States nominated a group of experts on regulatory issues to collect and analyse information on the various methods that have been used successfully to reduce the burden of public regulation on small businesses.
The experts collected a total number of around 100 good practice cases from the participating countries. From these, the group selected around 30 cases to be presented in detail in the report.
