Objective of the consultation

In the context of the Better Regulation policy of the European Union, the European Commission has initiated a process of review of the European Stardardisation System. This process aims at strengthening the European Standardisation System for the benefit of all the relevant stakeholders.

The goal of this Open Consultation is to gain an understanding of stakeholders’ view on the review of the European Standardisation System and to gather opinions and suggestions on the potential avenues the Commission should explore in order to shape concrete proposals.
