How to get involved?
Existing entrepreneurs, potential entrepreneurs, young people, business organisations, support providers, public authorities, educational institutions, etc.: anyone can get involved in the SME Week. You can choose either to organise an event or participate in an event.
Interested in organising an event?
The role of the organisers is to launch events and activities to promote entrepreneurship – to inspire budding and boost existing entrepreneurs – and to inform SMEs about the assistance available to them at European, national and local levels in order to help them reach their full potential.
Each potential event organiser is free to choose the type of event to organise as long as it fits the objectives of the SME Week. Events such as performance art, competitions, conferences, fairs, company open-days, online activities, workshops, seminars and networking take place in each participating country.
If you want to organise an event, please fill in the organiser’s event form below and send your proposal to the national coordinators for your country. Following validation and approval of your event by the national coordinator you will receive a toolbox containing useful communication material. Events can take place at regional or national level; cross-border events are also welcome.
European associations based in Brussels are invited to send the event forms directly to the European Commission at: events@european-sme-week.eu.
