European SMEs getting greener, contributing to a resource-efficient economy

  More

"I am happy to see that European SMEs are taking on this huge challenge of moving to a greener economy. However, we need to give them more support in their efforts, so they can take advantage of the untapped possibilities for reducing costs, boosting revenues and creating more green jobs. The survey also shows that the United States SMEs are catching up quickly, so there is no room for complacency. We have a lot of work to do to become more competitive in this important sector."

Vice-President of the European Commission Antonio Tajani
