Objective of the public hearing:

The purpose of this public consultation document is to gather insights and contributions from the stakeholders involved in providing emergency assistance in response to 112 calls with regard to the opportunity of enabling mobile phones to determine the caller location using the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), and in particular the European GNSS systems and to send it to public-safety answering points (PSAP).

The meeting will take place from 10:00 - 17:00.

During the meeting you will be invited to comment on the questions raised in the consultation document.
