The European Commission has decided to establish a Copernicus Expert Group to provide advice concerning the status and evolution of the Copernicus Earth Observation programme and delivered results.
A pool of suitably qualified experts will be set up to provide the Commission with independent advice on different aspects of service/programme performance and preparing for the future. The Copernicus Expert Group will be managed by the JRC – Institute for Environment and Sustainability.
