The Commission hosted a full day workshop to present the main findings of its Report on the operation of REACH and to discuss priorities for actions, to follow-up on the Report's recommendations.
More than five years into its operation, the REACH Regulation has passed a number of important milestones, and the review obligations in the Regulation were an opportunity to look at the progress on all REACH objectives. The report concludes that REACH works but that there are many opportunities for improvement. The workshop aimed to discuss with the stakeholders some of the report's main recommendations and possibilities for concrete actions.
