This fifth high-level Conference on EU Space Policy will be a unique opportunity to examine and debate the current state of the space programmes launched by the European Union.
The conference will examine programmes such as Galileo for satellite navigation or Copernicus for Earth observation, and look to the future of this key area of EU policy, with a large and diverse range of decision-makers from the European Institutions, leading national personalities, the presidents and CEOs of numerous companies operating in the European space sector, and representatives of civil society and of space application-users.
This conference benefits from the support of the Vice-President of the European Commission, Antonio Tajani, and the Director-General of the European Space Agency, Jean-Jacques Dordain, and is established under the patronage of the President of the European Commission, José Manuel Barroso, the President of the European Council, Herman Van Rompuy, and the President of the European Parliament, Martin Schulz.
Attendance of the conference is free, but registration is required.
