The public panel discussion will focused on air quality information and forecasts, and will show how warnings about the levels of pollutants such as nitrogen dioxides, ozone and particulate matter can improve the citizens' health and tackle the environmental challenge at the same time.
The European Commission has officially presented the "obsAIRve" iPhone application and launched the "obsAIRve best communication ideas competition" in the context of the CeBIT, the biggest international event in the digital sector held in Hanover (Germany) on 9th March.
Interested parties attended the public panel discussion with high-ranking representatives within the CeBIT Discussion Forum.
