Fund raising from business angels
The workshop will focus on the topic of fund raising from the business angels. After general description of the business angels, the role of the business angel networks and recent trends in this market, we will discuss how and why to invest in start-up businesses – from the point of view of a business angel, and on the other hand, how to raise funding and managing expectations – from the point of view of an entrepreneur. The picture will be completed by the EU perspective. The speakers will include business angels, entrepreneurs, EU policy makers. Target audience is SMEs and stakeholder organisations.
