The goals for this service contract are to understand better the evolution of the supply and demand of e-skills for competitiveness and innovation in Europe and to develop a shared and coherent vision to anticipate change and facilitate dialogue and cooperation between policy makers and relevant stakeholders at the EU and national levels. The ultimate goal is to reduce innovation skills shortages, gaps and mismatches in Europe.
