A strategy for unmanned aircraft systems in the European Union
The Commission services launched on 23 June 2011, at le Bourget Air Show in Paris the work to prepare a strategy for UAS in the EU, to be concluded in the first half of 2012.
The objective is to gather updated information on obstacles for the use of unmanned aircraft systems in Europe which whould need to be removed, and to identify possible EU actions in this field.
