Survey on challenges to raise the innovation capacity of SMEs in Europe

The survey aims, first of all, to determine the most important barriers / obstacles to innovation in SMEs in Europe, considering the broad concept of knowledge and creativity as a driver of innovation. Secondly, it enquires after existing and new ways for innovation support providers to address these barriers.
