Workshop on the Harmonisation of Information for Poison Centres - CLP Article 45(4)

Article 45(4) of the Regulation on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures (CLP) requires the Commission to carry out a review by January 2012, to assess the possibility of harmonising the information provided to poison centres.
Specific proposals have been developed by an expert group which will be presented at the workshop to and discussed by Member States' representatives, poison centres, industry and other stakeholders.
