Monte Isola succeded the Italian EDEN 4 competition, that counted 48 participants.
Monte Isola, though being the biggest lived lake island in Europe, is not very known.
Life on the island is based on water since ever: from manufacturing of fishing boats and nets to drying of fish etc.
