Review of the scope of REACH

The Commission is assisted by a contractor in the task to carry out a review to assess whether or not to amend the scope of REACH (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals).
Any stakeholder who has identified a specific instance where a provision in EU law has overlapped with a REACH provision or where there is a gap in the interface between REACH and other EU law is invited to send their contribution to the contractor through the form available at http://www.reachscope.eu/ . This website is operational from 10 March until 1 December 2010.
