This open call for tenders concerns the provision of services related to establishing and managing an Expert Panel on services innovation in the EU, including selection of Panel members through an open call for applications, management of the Panel's operations, preparation of input materials for and organisation of Panel meetings as well as drafting of the final report summarising the Panel's work and presenting its policy recommendations.

Corrections to tender specifications:
- point 1.6 (address in box), page 6: the correct reference for the invitation to tender is ENTR/2009/054 and not ENTR/2008/051 as indicated.
- Page 28, Paragraph 3, referring to length of meetings which now reads: "The meetings should usually be scheduled as 1,5 day events" instead of "all meetings are 1,5 day events" Page 28, paragraph 2 referring to "study visit" has been taken out
