Framework contract for technical assistance in selected areas of chemical affairs

The framework contract will contain 3 different lots. Each individual contract will have an initial duration of 24 months and may be renewable once for 2 additional years.
- Lot 1: Expertise in relation to marketing and use restrictions on dangerous substances and preparations
- Lot 2: Socio-economic evaluation arising from proposals for risk reduction measures related to specific chemical substances and products of the chemicals industry Lot 3: Legal services/technical support with regard to evaluation of the transposition by Member States of the Community legislation in relation to chemicals
