This service contract covers the work involved in organising and holding the meetings of the coordination groups for notified bodies, in other words in performing the role of administrative secretariat. The work includes the logistics of the meetings, administrative assistance to the group members and reimbursement of the chairpersons' travel and subsistence expenses. The logistics involve in particular: hiring meeting rooms, catering, interpreting, document translation and management of the web site for communicating and distributing information (CIRCA). The administrative support comprises: administrative assistance for the participants, including hotel reservations, welcoming, reimbursement of the chairpersons' travel and subsistence expenses, etc.
