The link in the activation mail does not work. When I click on it a blocked or an empty page appears.
-> This can happen due to different reasons: The link is maybe blocked by the security settings of your web-client (e.g. MS-Outlook) or is destroyed by a line break. In this case please copy the whole link in the address line of your web-browser and press Enter.
The registration does not work and I get an error message to try it later.
-> Please check your firewall and anti virus program settings. Your e-Mail ports must be released.
I cannot use the whole functionality of the tool.
-> For a correct usage of the tool for this website your Internet browser shall be configured in the following way: Java Script enabled, popup blocker disabled and for Internet Explorer: Active Scripting enabled. For further information concerning this settings you can also use the user's manual which you can find here and in the "General Information" menu at "User's Manual".
Where can I find further information concerning this website?
-> The booklet "eBusiness Guide for SMEs - eBusiness Software and Services in the European Market" was published accompanied to this platform and is available at this website for free. It informs about the current market situation of eBusiness products and the Es informiert Sie über aktuelle Trends und zeigt Ihnen Vorgehen zur Einführung von eBusiness-Software and the introduction of it. You can find the booklet at the "General Information" menu at "Download Booklet".
Although I am registered I cannot login to the platform.

Is there any possibility that in the future this platform will be available in more than the current offered languages?
-> At the moment the tool is only available in English, French and German language. If the tool will be strongly used there is a chance that it will be translated in other languages.
Although I filled out all the forms and clicked on "Save" the entries were not saved.
-> Please don't forget to save your entries once in a while. Another option would be to copy your entries from a text editor. This is necessary because due to security reasons the system logs you out after a while.
