“Der größte Biedermeierstrauß der Welt - Genuss mit allen Sinnen“ wird von den Wiener Floristen, den Wiener Konditoren, Bäckern und Fleischern anlässlich der 2. Europäischen KMU-Woche im Rahmen des Genussfestivals am 7. und 8. Mai 2010 präsentiert werden. Dabei sollen die vielfältigen Leistungen der KMU deutlich aufgezeigt werden. Wirtschaftliche, nachhaltige, soziale und kulturelle Funktionen der regionalen Betriebe werden in ihrer Gesamtheit noch zu wenig erkannt. Gewerbliche KMU stehen für Arbeitsplätze in der Region, Ausbildungsplätze in der Region, meisterliches Handwerk mit Tradition und Innovation, regionale unverwechselbare Produkte, die Identität und Heimat vermitteln, aber auch für Esskultur und Kulinarik, für Ressourcen- und umweltschonende Produktionsprozesse, Steuern und Abgaben für Gemeinden und Länder und für kurze Transportwege. Advantages of CEFTA agreement and application of Diagonal cumulation of origin rule in international trade
Signing of SAA and beginning of the full implementation of the Interim Agreement between Serbia and the EU enabled Serbia to apply rule on diagonal cumulation of origin for embedded materials made in EU and in CEFTA region. It is expected that this will be soon spread on Turkey and EFTA countries as well, having in mind signed free trade agreements. In order to inform, prepare and educate representatives of companies and chamber staff on diagonal cumulation of origin rule and direct benefit from full implementation of Interim Agreement between Serbia and EU, Serbian Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with Regional Chamber of Commerce of Subotica and Serbian Customs Administration will organize seminar with following topics: 1. Fourteenth National Conference on Economy and Entrepreneurship
Under high auspices of the Government of the Republic of Croatia and in co-operation with Šibensko-kninska County and City of Šibenik, the Ministry of Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship is organizing Fourteenth National Conference on Economy and Entrepreneurship in Croatia. Republic of Serbia has been involved in process of implementation of Charter for small enterprises since 2003. Considering the fact that EU Charter is replaced with Small Business Act and the process of its implementation is going to be continued, it has been created new instrument for monitoring according to SBA principles. Ministry of Economy and Regional Development, as the National Coordinating institution for SBA implementation, in partnership with Serbian Chamber of Commerce is organising roundtable with representative stakeholders that are in charge for SME policy in Serbia, to present them the new instrument for SBA implementation. Besides the SBA indicators presentation, the second part of the meeting will be dedicated to OECD Study-National and Regional SME Policy Linkage in Serbia.

Romanian Entrepreneurs’ Day 2010

The Foreign Economic Mission's of Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIDA) and entrepreneur 's meeting
The entrepreneurs will be informed on following business activities via discussion cycle from 16th till 18th June: - Employers’ Confederation of Latvia support for entrepreneurs - business, industry, regional, national, EU and international levels; - SME support - from words to deeds (Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Business Plan for 2010, opportunities for SME development program in partnership organized training, micro support measures); - LIDA - full-service support agency business; - Latvian SME Week 2010 Ambassador's speech; - Experts talk about the macroeconomic situation in Latvian; - Presentation of sectoral opportunities abroad; - Bilateral meetings with the Foreign Economic missions leaders and LIDA project managers, as well as financial aid establishers in Latvia; - EU trade policy instruments and their role in Latvian export promotion.
Projekt Krizi navzdory – slavnostní vyhodnocení nejúspěšnějších podniků 
Cílem projektu je najít, ocenit a medializovat malé a střední podniky, které dokázaly úspěšně zareagovat na ekonomickou krizi a hrozbu ekonomické krize proměnily ve využitou příležitost. Tímto chceme upozornit na nové efektivní trendy v podnikání a zpřístupnit je takto celé podnikatelské sféře. Každý podnikatel, který se do projektu přihlásí a uhradí administrativní poplatek obdrží analytické stanovisko Hospodářské komory České republiky (HK ČR) a poradenské společnosti PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) k provedeným protikrizovým opatřením. Účastníci dále obdrží nezávislé ekonomické hodnocení své ekonomické pozice, tzv. rating MSP a jeho podnik bude prezentován v mediálních výstupech celého projektu. Establishing Project Stand in The Expo Gateway to Middle East Fair - 24-27 June 2010
The fair is organized by some local partners including also Gaziantep Chamber of Commerce. The fair is established in Middle East Fair Center in Gaziantep,Turkey. Within the context of the fair the Enterprise Europe Network Project, aims increasing the capacity of internationalisation of SMEs, will be advertised and the promotion materials, including brochures, leaflets etc. will be distributed. On the otherhand as a part of the fair, the foreign companies will have the opportunity to make billateral meetings with Turkish companies.
