We hereby accept the conditions for the use of survey data from the Sectoral e-Business Watch and the European Commission, relating to data to be delivered to us on behalf of Sectoral e-Business Watch and the European Commission by empirica Gesellschaft für Kommunikations- und Technologieforschung mbH free of charge in electronic format.

Conditions for using non-published data of the Sectoral e-Business Watch for research purposes:

1. We acknowledge that the European Commission remains the exclusive owner of the data.
2. We guarantee that data or information of a confidential nature will not be disclosed.
3. We confirm that the resources of the Sectoral e-Business Watch are used only for academic and research purposes and not for any commercial – i.e. profit making – purposes.
4. We acknowledge that the Commission reserves the right to prohibit publication in the format delivered to the Commission in performance of the relevant contract.
5. We confirm that the Commission and the Sectoral e-Business Watch will be properly referenced as the source of these data.
6. We confirm that the data and/or the results of the analysis will not be published prior to their publication in the respective Sector Reports and Synthesis Reports of the Sectoral e-Business Watch.
7. We will make available two copies of the results of the research activity described in the application (e.g., paper, report) to the Sectoral e-Business Watch.
