Aim of the Assistance
The aim of this study visit is to allow participants to learn more about the institutional structure and the decision making process in the EU and network with appropriate desks related to media in the EU, but also Euopean stakeholders. The training aims to provide a clearer understanding of how EU works and raise the expertise of journalists in the WB and Turkey when dealing with the EU issues (both in enlargement and generally).
Separately, P2P organises the closing conference of the "Support for Media Productions" project, which is part of the IPA 2007 Regional Civil Society - Media Programme. Beside providing a space for the beneficiaries to meet and network (among themselves and with the EC), P2P will create the opportunity for them to meet with relevant stakeholders at European level, working in media, tv production etc.
