Social inclusion, gender issues and education

Strengthening social cohesion in candidate countries and potential candidates covers integration of disadvantaged people and combating discrimination, strengthening human capital, notably by reforming education systems. Supported projects aim at reducing social disparities and at improving and promoting a better quality of life, notably for minorities, women, children and disadvantaged groups.
