Evaluation of Phare

The Commission regularly evaluates financial support programmes funded from the EU budget. These evaluations are carried out in accordance with the Community Financial Regulation, its Implementation Guidelines and with the various Communications to the Commission on evaluation. The evaluation reports posted here record the progress and the impact of the Phare funds in support of the pre-accession process.
