Mesures commerciales exceptionnelles]
Products originating in the Western Balkan countries that have entered into the stabilisation and association process* benefit from exceptional trade measures. Save in the case of exceptions, the asymmetrical liberalisation of trade with the European Union is organised on the basis of exports without quantitative restrictions and exemption from customs duties and other taxes with equivalent effect.
