Here you will find the Financing Memoranda and Project Fiches for all National, Multi-Beneficiary, Cross-Border and other Programmes (please click here for further information on the different types of programmes). Financing Memoranda are agreements between the Commission and the authorities of each of the candidate countries (or specific entities/organisations) regarding a particular programme. They are accompanied by so called Project Fiches which set out the details of all projects to be implemented. (NB: Some of the project fiches may have been modified after their publication)
