Communications checklist for contractors

list of Agency information & communications staff
Note
1*
While this document is in English, the Agency's working language, there are
local language translations of the Agency's standard key messages
in Annex 2, and there are local
language speakers in the information and communication
teams in each of the Agency's operational centres. All of the latter would
be keen to talk with you about your Agency project, and how to maximise its
communication potential with local audiences.
Note 2**
In order to allow the Agencys Information and Communication Unit to keep
in close contact with projects, contractors are required to fill in a communication
fact sheet during the inception phase of their project. They should update this
as regularly as possible (at the least, on a quarterly basis) during the project
cycle. This fact sheet must be sent in electronic format to the relevant Agency
Spokesperson. It is intended strictly for communications purposes, and should
not be considered
as an of.cial reporting exercise. If fi lled in electronically, it can easily
be uploaded onto the Agency web site.![]()
